#bilateral neglected  abscess of the neck( kesian baby ni, how come sampai mcmtu baru mak dia bawak jumpa doctor,mungkin dari kawasan pendalaman..entah, moga yang terbaik untuk baby ^^,)

# suspected infected cystic hygroma/cold abscess of TB under arm pit (specimen taken to confirm diagnosis)

#post operative sacrococcygeal teratoma + prophylactic stoma

#major emphalocele..baby ni sungguh kiut okei..^^,

NB: abdominal wall defect range frm

-umbilical hernia-correct after 2 years age/wait for a well develop muscle and tissue

-minor emphalocele-<5cm defect/correct immediately/emphalocele usually associated with major congenital anomaly

-major emphalocele->5cm defect/correct by stages approach-use gentian violet to creat fibrosis process from the sac>>skin like structure/correct later according to patient progress

-gastroschisis (heh,betoi ke saya eja ni)-rarely associated with major anomaly

# gastric outlet obstruction(x-ray show doublebubble sign) suspected to be:

-deudonal atresia- treat by resection anastomoses 

-annular pancrease- treal by deodenojejunal anastomoses

#anal atresia..

-high type-almost all we need to do colostomy

-low type-in only some condition we apply colostomy eg:weakness of anal muscle..

1-oh,kadang2 medical sharing pon nice jugak kan..moga manfaat ^^,-it is just i want to recall back what the doctor did explain during the round..=)
